STORE INFORMATION

We are pleased to announce that our store is now open as usual with social distancing measures in place to keep staff and customers safe and well.

We’re also excited to tell you, during this last lockdown period, we have introduced some new dining, living and bedroom ranges also more exquisite sofas and armchairs and to top it off, we’re having a bounce-back spring sale and furniture clearance event so there are many bargains to be had. We look forward to seeing you all soon.

INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS VISITING OUR STORE

1: If you have any symptoms of Covid19, please stay at home.

2: On entering the store please use the hand sanitiser provided.

3: Please ensure that you wear a face mask or face covering when entering the store unless you are exempt.

4: Please stay 2 meters apart from other customers and staff at all times.

5: If you require a demonstration or any information please ask a member of staff who will assist you following distancing measures.

6: Transactions will be conducted safely outside our offices in the showroom where social distancing can be exercised.

DELIVERY SERVICE

Our delivery service is back to normal with delivery to the room of choice whilst observing social distancing measures.  We aren’t able to offer the removal of packaging or assembly at this time.

If you are self-isolating or do not want to receive delivery at this time, we will keep your items safe for as long as you need us to. You can amend your delivery date at any time by contacting customer services.
